The Gathering – Rm. B11

This is a group that is perfect for couples who are looking for a place to help strengthen their families.  Led by Rick Lowder, this group will seek to bring the practical applications to light in every topic.  If you are looking for a group that will help you answer the question, “What does this mean for me tomorrow?” then this would be a great group for you.

North U – Rm. B8

This is a great place for 18-24 year olds to come together and ask the tough questions about life.  This group will be a place for you to build friendships and learn what real Christianity looks like.  This group will be led by David Baugh. The questions will be tough.  The answers will be honest

Mosaic – Rm. B1

Want to find a group of young professionals, newlyweds and singles that love to combine great laughs with deep down discussions surrounding our God and his plan for our lives as young servants?  Then this is the small group for you. Led by Marie Lynch, mother of two—and counting, home school teacher, and home décor expert, this tight knit group of young professionals, newlyweds and singles will provide you with a place to dive into the scripture and grow with people who are experiencing the same life challenges that you encounter daily. Marie’s high energy delivery is sure to keep you engaged and help you navigate through the early years!

The Encouragers – Rm. B12

Classic in its style and structure, the senior adults small group offers a place to come and discover the truths of the Word of God that you have grown to love and learn over the past decades. Led by Ms. Edna Bolin, affectionately know to all of North as “Ms. B” and Toby Thorpe this small group enjoys walking through the history of the scriptures and gaining a true understanding of God’s word. Holiday socials and monthly gatherings often bring this group together outside of the Sunday morning small group hour. If you are looking for a true group of friends to fellowship and grow deeper in your walk with Christ, there is a chair waiting for you—and a hug from “Ms. B” too!

Disciples – Rm. B7

Well known among those at North as a class where all ages are welcome, Disciples, led by veteran Sunday School teacher Sylvia Hinson, this class offers an opportunity for learners to understand the scripture through a classic lecture style delivery complemented with discussion throughout each lesson. If you want to dig deeper into God’s word and you like to share your views and ask questions, this is the place for you on Sunday morning.  Disciples offers a great small group family experience inside and outside of North. Summer cookouts by the pool and Christmas celebrations by the fire are two events that you won’t want to miss.

The Mix – Rm. B10

Are you more comfortable in an intimate setting surrounded by a group of close knit friends? This small group is just the place for you. Led by long-time member, deacon and passionate Sunday School teacher, Randy Allen, this group delves into the scripture with a traditional teaching style that is couched in group discussion and support.  There is no better place to get plugged in and get to know the North family.
